Essential Oil/ Breath Freshener Indications:

The peppermint plant has been used as a medicinal remedy for thousands of years. It is indicated for all spasmolytic conditions such as asthma and difficult breathing (emphysema), and is effective in relieving sore throat, fainting, and dizziness. It has a marked effect upon the respiratory tract and stomach. Recent studies show that peppermint also increases bile production.

SUGGESTED USE
Adults: For acute symptoms, 1 drop should be taken up with the tongue from the back of the hand, inhale deeply through mouth.
In cases of bronchial cough, 3 drops in warm water or tea
several times during the day, is recommended.
Children: Although non-toxic, peppermint oil drops should not be
administered to small children due to its strong concentration.
Topically: Rub 1 to 2 drops into skin where pain is present
